For the last 30 years, I have acted as a lecturer and instructor for various public entities and corporate clients, lecturing and teaching on such subjects as public entity liability, civil rights litigation, employment law, and preventative law. Such public entity and corporate clients included, but are not limited to, the City and County of Sacramento, the County of Yolo, the Cities of Woodland and Davis, Solano County, Tehama County, Butte Community College District, Solano Community College District, Lassen Community College District, Vision Service Plan, Blount International and Aramark.

I have assisted in or been lead counsel for a number of appeals before both State and Federal Appellate courts and
involving precedent-setting cases, the three latest of which are Hoff v. Vacaville Unified School District
(1998) 19 Cal.4th 925 and B.C. v. Plumas Unified School District, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit, decision rendered September 20, 1999 and Stockinger v. Feather River Community College District, 111 Cal. App. 4th 1014 (2003).
