Mr. Dehoff joined Angelo, Kilday & Kilduff in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he spent several years practicing insurance litigation specializing in personal injury. Mr. Dehoff prides himself on his responsive and attentive contact with clients. Although new to the firm, his colleagues recognize his good litigation instincts and dedicated work ethic.
Mr. Dehoff received his B.S. in Genetics, with honors, from University of California, Davis in 1999 and his M.S. in Forensic Science from George Washington University in 2002. He attended Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to practice in California in 2007. Outside of work, Mr. Dehoff can be found hiking, running or finding other ways to keep active.

Presently defends public entities and employees in federal and state courts primarily in the areas of personal injury, police practices, and employment litigation.

Dreyer, Babich, Buccola & Wood, LLP - Associate
Worked on large personal injury cases including catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Responsibilities included performing extensive legal research and writing, drafting written discovery and motions to compel, taking depositions, negotiating settlements in personal injury cases, and writing as well as arguing several oppositions to motions for summary judgment.

Stawicki & Maples - Associate
Managed a caseload ranging from 150-200 personal injury cases from initial client consultation to settlement or verdict. Cases included motor vehicle accidents, animal attacks, electrical injuries, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death and survival actions, and public entity lawsuits. Responsibilities included negotiating settlements in personal injury cases, law and motion, written discovery and deposition practice, mediation, mandatory settlement conferences, and trial co-counsel.
