3/97 - Present Angelo, Kilday & Kilduff – Partner (Since March, 2003)
Specializing in employment, civil rights and public entity law. Lead appellate attorney in the firm. Responsible for civil writs and appeals as well as trials involving a wide range of issues including public agency law, civil rights, constitutional law, federal Indian law, land use law, employment law and business litigation. Recent published opinions include, Berry v. Department of Social Services, 447 F.3d 642 (9th Cir. 2006); DiRuzza v. County of Tehama, 323 F.3d 1147 (9th Cir. 2003); Stockinger v. Feather River Community College District, 111 Cal.App.4th 1014 (2003); Ford v. Ramirez-Palmer (Estate of Ford), 301 F.3d 1043 (9th Cir. 2002); and, Llamas v. Butte Community College District, 238 F.3d 1123 (9th Cir. 2001).

9/95 - 3/97 Bolling, Walter & Gawthrop - Associate
Senior litigation associate responsible for all aspects of state and federal litigation including trials and appeals. Practice focused primarily on employment law, civil rights and public agency law.

5/94 - 7/95 Dickstein & Merin - Associate
Sole associate attorney in specialized practice involving civil rights cases and federal Indian law. Handled trials, appeals and transactional work on behalf of tribal clients.

12/93 - 5/94 Burger and Plavan - Associate
Responsible for all aspects of litigation in commercial litigation practice. Responsibilities included supervising a team of associates and paralegals on multi-million dollar lender liability lawsuit.
