Ms. Frederickson represents public entities and their employees in a wide variety of cases including excessive force allegations, constitutional challenges to municipal policies, employment cases involving allegations of wrongful termination and retaliation, and employment discrimination cases based on gender, race and/or disability. Due to her professional background, her practice has gravitated towards defending law enforcement agencies and officers. She enjoys guiding her clients through the litigation process and providing an approachable and responsive line of contact while attempting to efficiently resolve the case. Ms. Frederickson's colleagues respect her zeal in advocacy, objectivity in analysis and empathy for her clients' needs in both litigation and advisory roles.

Ms. Frederickson is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara with a B.A., with honors, in Law and Society. Before attending law school, she worked as an intern for the Nevada County District Attorney's office. She attended law school at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, receiving her J.D. in 2006. At Loyola she was an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, a participant in the Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program, and a semi-finalist in the Scott Moot Court competition. Prior to joining Angelo, Kilday & Kilduff in 2006, Ms. Frederickson worked as a law clerk for the Correctional Law Section of the California Attorney General's Office and as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Juvenile Division.

Outside of work, Ms. Frederickson tries to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible including biking, hiking, and spending time with her basset hound.
