Specializing in defense of public employees and employers in civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Cases include defense of excessive force, false arrest, civil rights cases and officer-involved shootings; sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination and ADA cases; dangerous condition and premises liability and products liability; and ongoing consultation for clients.
