Angelo, Kilday & Kilduff was formed in 1997 when Laurence L. Angelo, Bruce A. Kilday and Carolee G. Kilduff left a mid-sized Sacramento firm to form their own law partnership. Scott Smith was one of the Firm’s initial associates and is now also a partner.

AKK specializes in defending civil rights, police liability, and employment cases, such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and all types of discrimination claims, major tort and accident litigation. AKK represents a number of public entities, private corporations, joint powers authorities and small businesses.
